Water is essential for the skin to maintain its soft, radiant and youthful appearance.

All skin types can suffer from dehydration at any age. The skin’s water content decreases regularly over time. External factors can make things worse, such as the lack of cellular cohesion in the skin, a deficient hydrolipidic film or harmful environmental irritants. It is absolutely vital to moisturise the skin regularly with highly protective, specific skincare products.

Remove make-up every night and remember to dry your skin after applying toning lotion.

Drink at least 1.5 litres of water daily. Drinking plenty of water moisturises the skin from the inside out.
