Professional gender equality index (women/men)

Guinot achieves a score of 97/100 on the 2024 Gender Equality Index.

In accordance with the provisions of the Avenir law aimed at reducing unequal treatment of women and men in the workplace, Guinot has published its index, based on 5 indicators and giving an overall score out of 100. For reference, the score obtained for the 2023 index was 98/100.
